One topic really talked less on this sub is illegal encroachments of Government owned lands.

Literally every corner of this state has a person who's shamelessly encroaching the govt property and then suing government for building infrastructure on it. Especially all the rich guys in Patna who have built lavish houses on these properties. And government successfully gets rid of encroachment by common people on few occasions but never seen a rich guy ever leaving encroachment. For example BMP-Ashiyana market road near BVC, Bailey Rd after IGIMS, so many places that it's even difficult to count. Also the leased postal park land in Chirayatandhand is a disturbingly awful case where residents leased land from British ruled Bihar Government for 100 years and are now legally asking courts for permanent transfer but govt wants to vacate their lands but not get encroached lands.
