Mentality Defines You, Not your State and rank.
Even today, people from Bihar face unnecessary criticism and stereotypes from other states. No matter how educated or successful a person from Bihar becomes—even if they are a DM, IAS officer, or a top professional—some still try to demean them based on their origin rather than their achievements. Now the things gone even behind that now outsider who lives in bihar also criticise and behave like others do with us in other state. A recent incident highlights this mentality. Vipin Sir, a respected educator, was disrespected by the DM of Vaishali, who is originally from Rajasthan. This incident once again proves that it’s not about one’s position, education, or rank—it’s about one’s mentality. No matter how high a person’s post is, if they lack basic respect and humility, their rank holds no value. But let’s flip the scenario for a moment. Imagine if someone from Bihar behaved in the same way as those who look down on others. Would it remain an individual’s mistake? No. The entire state would be blamed, labeled, and judged collectively. This double standard exposes a deep-rooted mentality issue—it’s never about the state but about the mindset of individuals. Being ga war is not defined by where you are from, but by how you think and behave. Respecting others, recognizing talent, and treating people fairly is what truly reflects one's education, not just degrees or status.
