Is Bihar the most overlooked state?

Contributing a meagre 2-3% to the GDP. Our state lacks basic information education infrastructure along with no planned cities. The latest recommendation of the new planned cities didn't have a single proposal for this state. Why? Why no outrage? Why is the current government still winning? The liquor ban led to influx of crores of black money and worse kind of intoxicants like char*s, soluchan, ganja, heroin and whatnot. Who's responsible for this? The systemic corruption, babusahebs and the government (both central and state) are as negligent as they can be. The helpless population who are deprived of basic necessities, the bare minimum is so bare that people migrate to states where they are humiliated. Hosting a hockey game should not be the threshold of development. It is so frustrating to feel so helpless. What even is the future of this state? Investment aayenge but sustain kaise karenge iss condition me? Ye kisine nahi socha hai.
