E-sanad apostille help

I had applied to get an a document apostilled via e-sanad service of MEA. However my document hasn't reached me yet. On the portal it says "dispatched" and it's been a week since it was dispatched. If anyone has had any experience of this service can you let me know how can I track it (no tracking ID is mentioned on the portal though)or estimated delivery time? Thanks!
