BPSC Paper leak rumour in today's exam

BPSC Paper Leak thread Whatever facts, videos, etc are there on social media and news channels, it seems there was no paper leak. What happened is there was some delay in arrival of Question Papers. Centre superintendent must have been an idiot that they distributed Q papers to half the students in a hall while other half were watching them. This created trust deficit, some activist types started creating ruckus, and then we know what all happened. If there is any proof backed report of leaking of Questions before commencement of exam or sponsored mass cheating, kindly put up the proofs below. If not, such idiots need to be identified through CCTV footage and charged for the crime and they should be barred from exam forever. Also officials who caused delay in paper supply on time to the centre must be identified and heavily penalised
