Ok advice KV gave to DV was actually good

When Vivian was giving his morning speech about how no one told him he is inactive (dude you were only active during TG thing why anyone would feel any different?) DV just walked away. Later KV asked him why he did that he said he already told him during task that he don't have opinion, is not active etc. So KV said instead of just walking away you could have said that I've already told you about this so this speech is not for me then walk away so people would have understood why he walked away. Then DV said i don't want to repeat it as I've already told him that many times already but KV said if ep is cut & audience is watching they would just see him walking away not the reason behind why he did that. Now that I'm talking with you I'm getting your pov otherwise I wouldn't have known.
