Elvish fans threatening to start riots if he's arrested

This happened because Elvish was summoned by National Commission for Women (NCW) for his racist remarks against Chum. If the government can go on a witch hunt against Samay and BeerBiceps for a vulgar joke, this should be considered a crime as well as they are threatening the National Commission of Women directly. When are CMs of different states going to file FIRs against these people? When are news channels going to play these videos and expos them on TV?
