Residents of Kasturinagar in Bengaluru unite to revive lake in neglect for 50 years

God helps those who help themselves. Frustrated by the authorities' neglect of a vital waterbody in Bengaluru, a group of determined residents has taken matters into their own hands. They have joined forces to revive B. Channasandra Lake in Kasturinagar, Banaswadi a lake that has remained unused for nearly half a century. Now, thanks to their efforts, it is finally on the path to restoration and revival.
