People pissing in Lake side parks

Been going to a small lake in mahadevapura. Inside the park there is a small nice place covered with trees and some empty space where you can workout. Saw many people doing excercise there but many people are openly pissing there and small number of people unaware about this are doing their excercise there. If it's an older person who are in their 70's I get it, Its hard to hold it in that age. But even the young people who are in their 20's and 30's are using that space to urinate. Wtf is wrong with these idiots? If they can't hold peeing then they shouldn't visit the park at all.
