Local invisalign ruined my teeth. How do I fix this?

I used to wear braces as a child and wore retainers for about 10 years. A gap started forming between my front teeth, and so I went to Clove dental to get something done about it. They recommended a budget Invisalign-equivalent brand and told me I’d need 10 pairs over half a year. At the end of the time period, the gap was fixed but I’m simply unable to use one side of my mouth to chew due to some misalignment. It’s been more than a year now that the orthodontist just keeps telling me to “wait it out”. I keep confronting him and he keeps asking to give it more time. What do I do? I’m tired of visiting the clinic to be sent back home and asked to wait every single time. Is there an alternative orthodontist I can go to in Bangalore who can fix this mess? (I’m also leaving the city by mid-year so I really want to wrap this up)
