Dentistry in Bangalore is a scam

Visited Appollo dental clinic for refilling my molar tooth in June. Per tooth filing it costed 1500. After filing I faced pain and he refilled it with another material next day. The pain reduced but still had some pain and sensitivity. He said now I should go for root canal 6600 for procedure and 7k or 14k for cap!!!! I was like noways and did not proceed. I did not like his treatment as well. Based on Reddit research, I visited Chandan Mahesh And he says I should get surgical removal of wisdom tooth such would cost 5k and then root canal of my molar tooth which would cost 4K (procedure) and 9k(cap) It’s like spending 15k for one tooth and both the places sound expensive!! Am I poor ? OR is Bangalore rich enough to afford such costs? Are these costs justifiable?
