29M, Introvert

am 29M, Techie, And civil service aspirant, almost attending interview twice. BUT left it for some reasons. In my whole life I did not had opportunity to have friendship with girls. I was brought up in a boarding school Then in college, in workplace I am very shy, don't got any opportunity to open up with anyone and , their number is also less at my workplace .don't know how to talk . Sometimes I feel so much lonely and I feel like I will be single forever I don't know. Whereever I go and try to talk to girls they loose interest or they all are commited. Sometimes I feel like I am a piece of shit because in my entire life I am not able to talk to them or make some connections or friendship. And Due to this nature of mine , I am feeling very underconfident. I feel my time is over in dating. I think I should focus on career and just remove those guilt. But sometimes this thought will haunt me . I don't get sleep...! Many more in my head but can't able to express.
