Why isn't there a free offline mental health support groups in Bangalore?
Kind of like a Listening Group! Where random strangers can come together and share their struggles (IF they want to). Or write our struggles together and burn, I don't know. I haven't thought so far! But I really hope you get the gist here. Also, are there any rules against organizing free offline mental health support groups in Bangalore? Because I am surprised that no one thought about something like this! I was scrolling through Meetup today, looking for support groups and found an online event which was 7000 rupees (Lord, have mercy! What are we supporting here?), and the other one was an offline one but it read something along the lines of "cosmic energy healing", which I'm really not interested in. Please do let me know if you have any input on this. Thank you :) P.S: Yes, I do go to therapy. Yes, I have friends. But sometimes therapy gets expensive, and sometimes you'd rather share things with strangers than with the people you know. Sometimes, depression is just weird, I guess!4
