Which area to prefer?

Hi all, will be relocating to bangalore shortly. Looking for places to live, the following seem like places where there is affordability: Sarjapur Chandapura North bangalore (near and north of airport) . Which place would you prefer? Priorities include: 1) accessibility to hospitals (have old parents who might move in 2/3 years later) 2) relatively decent roads and infra (I know this is an ask given that none of these places are in urban banglore) 3) safety for women and children, and water supply.
