Which area in bangalore is good to live

Hello everyone, I(26M) am currently living in Marathahalli area in a 1 bhk(on rent, obviously) and am planning to shift to a better area in bangalore. I have seen areas like jayanagar and have always felt that living in these areas would be great. In coming 2 years i will marry amd my parents and wife might live with me for few weeks. That is why i want some clarity as to which area should i look for 1-2bhk flat for rent under 15k. My family will not shift completely from my native place, but might visit sometime. I like peaceful areas, not too much rush but ola/uber/blusmart should be available and also im a foodie so that is also one priority. I can travel for work, no issues there. Im planning to buy a bike.
