Want your opinion as a Bangalorean if you are a part of housing society or MSME or industry!

I am starting a company to reduce water losses in the aforementioned sectors. In India, a 40% loss is occurring due to poor infrastructure according to market literature. But I am asking people in Bangalore if you would be willing to pay if I somehow showed you that I reduced your losses. In a nutshell, if I show you losses, you will fix them and don't pay for that "lost-otherwise" water.
