Travelling from Gottigere to kadubeesanahalli.. how is it?

My sister is planning to move to Gottigere, and since she’s not on Reddit, asking on her behalf. She has to travel to office 3 days a weeks. How long does it take on weekdays? Is it hectic? Her husband is currently remote, but he is looking to switch and not sure where his future office will be. Please let us know if this is a good decision?
