Suboptimal organization at the Microsoft ai tour Bengaluru

I had registered and my registration was accepted by msft. I reached the venue and there they put the house full board and didn't allow any attendees. There were 100s of people with the same date standing in the sun with no clear resolution to the issue. 1. Why did msft accept the registration if they were housefull? 2. They should've atleast mentioned that the registration is not absolute and can be cancelled based on the attendance. 3. People travelling far through the city's unforgiving traffic should be atleast given seating and refreshments such as water, instead of making them stand in the sun. At the end, it's Microsoft that has sent out invitations for this event and people had travelled far to come here and the organisation is not at all expected from such a MNC.
