Someone threw a stone at me today, could have died

Happened in HSR layout today. Was walking by and was hit by a big chunk of solid mud ball. No construction site nearby and no accident. Hit me directly behind my right ear with massive force and now it's swollen and i feel slight block in that ear. Will go see a doctor in a while. I couldn't see who did it and people around me just walked past. Was clearly done with intent. Super strange and disappointing, as is the roads are broken and unwalkable. If stepping out means being assaulted on top of that, not sure what to do.
