Somebody is using my vehicle number

I recently logged in to the Karnataka one website to check if I have any traffic fines on my two wheeler. I saw two fines for rider and pillion not wearing helmet. When I checked the violation photo I saw 2 guys riding without any helmet on what seems to be a Hero Maestro black color USING MY REGISTRATION NUMBER , WTF. I have the face of the pillion who was looking at the camera when the police was taking the photo. What steps should I take?? Edit: I have a KTM and the picture has a Maestro scooter
