Shoutout to the water tanker guy in my locality

Water tanker in our area used to cost us 300Rs per load when we moved into our house in 2021. It had reached 600Rs last year when the water crisis in Bangalore hit its peak(which am aware is still very reasonable compared to exorbitant prices in some places in the city). He had assured me he would reduce it once things got back to normal. I never counted on it, assumed it's just one of those things you say to convince customers. However, last month he called me and informed me he has reduced it to 500Rs. I am not sure how long this shall last since Bangalore's water crisis is far from over. Nevertheless , this is a welcome change since that is our only source of water - no personal borewell or cauvery supply (our locality comes under Bangalore rural). But more importantly, my respect for him as increased. A man of ethics in this age of inflation.
