Setting up a tourist taxi business

Setting up a tourist taxi service I have a desire to set up a tourist taxi service as a side hustle. The aim is two fold - generate side income beyond my regular job - provide employment to people - be able to provide a service to society that is helpful to people I know this is a kind of commodity market but today the offering is completely downmarket with the aim to squeeze the maximum profit. How I want to differentiate the service is as follows - Have premium cars that are better equipped (Ertiga, Amaze) - have a higher level of interior finish - extremely high standard of cleanliness - pay drivers a fair wage so they also present a premium appearance With these, I plan to price it slightly above the market rate. I have an audience of around 500 families where I have done a survey and found that there is solid demand for it. As this is not a significant source of income and I have spare time from my primary gig, I am ready to invest for the longer term instead of trying to maximise the returns from day one. I wanted to get a range of opinions on this. Is there a list of dos/donts for this kind of business? Are there standard procedures laid out anywhere? Are there any known/unknown factors to consider?
