Scammed by injured guy near Koramangala

This guy stopped me to ask for help and showed how he was injured and bleeding, which he was. Asked me to drive him to the hospital. Then stopped after a couple of meters and asked if I could transfer his wife some money for the treatment and promised to pay me back then now he's not picking up calls. I have his License plate number, his name as traced from the license plate registration, his number and his wife's name and number. Is there anything I can do? His name is Clive Anthony Paul and his wife's name is Samantha Kelman. This happened in Koramangala
