Return pickup asking tips! What to do?

Recently purchased electronic items offline, each and every item delivery person asked for tips. I’m not used to it since Amazon/flipkart/etc never does. But it’s celebration time for us, so why not share the same with them, and we did. One of the appliance installation technician found dents and created a replacement report for us. Now offline replacements are different than e-commerce, separate people deliver and do return pickup. Delivery came first and again tipped him second time for same appliance (started feeling a bit scammy, ngl). It went out of hand when the return pickup person also asked for tips! I just lost it and told him “Sorry boss, already tipped twice to 2 people for same appliance, it will be third time too expensive for us!” What do we do? The tipping situation is becoming American like! It’s like “earning in INR, spending in USD”..!
