Property Registration Bribe in Blr

Hi All, I am planning to buy a flat in bangalore. Each builder I visited is asking me to keep cash handy during registration as a bribe for registration office. And it's around 35000. It feels bad because it's all in open and still no action been taken. Did anyone else faced this situation and how to tackle this situation. I want to give it a try if its feasible for me else I will also have to pay bribe to get gov docs completed for buying flat. As middle class family already paying too much to buy house, then GST on everything for gov, and now these bribes to gov officials only.😟
