Pathetic yet No action

Along with this insane traffic today, there is this filthy garbage water all on the road from Mahadevpura towards Whitefield. How does BDA/BBMP plan to solve this? Do they expect people to wade through this when travelling on a bike?? Also I see this right after Tin Factory Flyover.. God Save Bangalore?! I've not seen such bad shape in almost 2 decades.
