Noise pollution and honking never stops

This is a rant from someone that hasn’t been able to sleep properly for the last few months and in general been affected by the noise pollution. I live in a residential area but my house is in the corner adjacent to a road that is used by a lot of vehicles. I have seen often that even after 10 pm there are a lot of two wheelers making a lot of noise with honking.This continues all through the night and I have noticed that most of them are late night deliveries from Swiggy Zomato etc. the noise never stops even at 3 am in the night!! I have seen ppl taking deliveries at 2 am,3 am!!! So there’s never a moment of quiet to fall asleep!! On the top of it I have noisy upstairs neighbours who use stone grinder at odd hours 11 15 pm and then again at 6 Am in the morning. So many complains and they won’t stop ! Planning to call the police on them! But what do you do about these swiggy /zomato deliveries nuisance ? When the shops are closed by around 10/11 pm why are they allowed to make deliveries all through the night . I opened swiggy app to check if they accept order at 3 am and they do !! Many restaurants are open and I was able to add to cart. Why are there no rules or regulations against this ? I have also seen a lot of two wheelers mostly delivery boys (forever in a hurry to deliver our orders in 1 min 4 mins etc ) ride on the footpath in whatever direction they want honking loudly without consideration for the pedestrians.
