Need info about service of baleno

Hey all I own a maruti Baleno 2020 model and I want to give it service(5th time) as well as get my front bumper changed(small accident). The maruti people are telling they will take a claim charges of 1500 even if the insurance covers the bumper.Is this okay?and also I need a good service center reccomendations in south Bangalore (Kalyani preffered).
