Lost bus pass

I've lost my student Bus pass. Can anyone tell me what I can do. I can't even track it down since the bus I lost it in didn't have a plate stating the route. The conductor said that the bus goes to yeshwantpur and I got in it. How do I try to get a new bus pass. I know that I need to file a e-lost report on the Karnataka State Police app but I again have an issue, I don't have the photo of my bus pass. Can someone please help me here.
