Live reason for this linguistic differences

So this guy from some food delivery app comes into our boys PG after following the location his app. Now the lady has placed this location mistakenly it seems. Delivery guy doesn't know Hindi or English. His phone language was also Kannada. The customer doesn't understand Kannada. So one guy who understands both languages talks to this girl on call and tells her that the location is wrong on the app and the location that she has shared on whatsapp is 6km away, so it's not feasible to this guy to travel. And Audacity of this lady. She starts getting rude. If that guy doesn't know my language, it's not my problem, ask him to cancel on his side, I have put in correct location. So this mediator guy from our pg tells her very politely that, why do you think delivery person will show up at a random place? So she says she will talk to customer care and hung up. Now I myself being a non Kannadiga (I am from hindi speaking belt) got a live example of existing language dispute. I mean first of all it's was her mistaken on top of that she is saying that guy not knowing language 'her' language is also another problem. How can someone be so educated and dumb at the same time.Assuming she is educated because she is another immigrant in this city.
