Increase in Cost of Living in Bangalore

I am seeing everything from Food, Groceries, Vegetables, Rent, Medical expenses, Apartment costs everything is growing exponentially every week, every month. Anyone noticing it or it is just me. Is it in every other state or just particular to Bangalore?
