I need help with my Jbl speaker repair

Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing great. Let me come straight to the point. I purchased Jbl Flip 3 around 2020. It's been working great. The outer shell,buttons have worn out. I do have some battery issues as well. I searched online for replacement parts but couldn't find any. I just found one guy who does this repairs and i found him through youtube but I did not get any proper response from him. Do you guys know anyone who do these repairs? Please help me out. I am more of repair and keep it for a long time. I don't want to buy new ones. Please help me guys. I am from Basavangudi,Bangalore by the way if it helps. Please help me where to find a good technician who can repair this.
