Hyderabadi Biryani Cloud Kitchen
Hello guys! I have a great bawarchi from Hyderabad who I am partnering up with to start a cloud kitchen. I want to keep it simple and just offer chichen, mutton and (may be) paneer biryani along with Haleem, first serving in north bangalore as I live this part of town and (hopefully) expand to other areas. Can anyone here throw some light on how I can lease a kitchen and what steps are involved to launch? And costs involved? p.s. I just locked in on the partnership with the bawarchi so all other details are to be developed and would like to launch in Feb considering I can benefit from Ramadan in March. TIA1
