How to trust our loved ones?

Being a living being, i feel pathetic to survive in this generation and stucked in to overcome the things maybe i need someone to motivate me to talk to me as a real man. tho' recently i got my broken relationship of barely 3years of love with my boy cause he betrayed me nicely. I feel worst by this time, feeling ending up ryt now.
