How to tackle pig menace?

Staying in HSR and over the last few months we've got so many pigs (and piglets) all around the house. Especially because there are empty plots around. Anyone knows whom to contact to move these pigs out from here? Tried the standard helpline numbers given by BBMP and local associations but they don't work. P S: I don't have anything against animals but it's terrible having swine around. They make the place stink and create such a ruckus day and night. Also it's so embarassing when you have guests come over with pigs walking all around the place.
