Help regarding situation in Chikkaballapur tomorrow

Me and my friends are planning to do a trek in a hill near the Adiyogi statue. As there is this Mahashivratri celebration by Sadhguru, we are worried about the situation there regarding the transportation and road blockages. If anyone has been there before, please help us regarding the same.
