Got caught smoking today

So i was smoking near a tapri and a cop comes right in front of my face and cathes my hand and tell me to sitt in his car to go the police station, i got sooo scared i was like chud gaayee(fuxked up), he took me to the police station in cop car, then asked me to pay 2k i was like fuckin hell, now way in hell i can get 2k(i am a student and my dad obvsly doesn't know i smoke) then i told him i dont have money at all i had 430 online i showed him the balance them he was like pay 500 and i will let u go, i also begged him like I'm a student i get monthly allowance every 25th this is my last dime, he refused got a bit angry, then i was like its not worth it,getting in fight, so called my friend he sent me 100 and i paid 500, fuckin hell man my pocket money 😭😭, anyways lesson learnt. And the fucked up part is was trying to quit smoking, but today i couldn't control after 2 days i smoked 1 cig and this is what happens. Have any of these things ever happend to you? What was your experience?
