Forced Marriage, Need advice

Hey everyone, I(21m) have a friend (21f) who is being forced into marriage. Key points: She belongs to a muslim family. She is in her third year of college. The husband is 30 years old. The husband's family is in a political party. Her dad is forcing this on her. Her mom, grandmom, brother(younger) also do not want this. She and her mom and crying everyday and begging to not do it. She is also talking about harming herself and unaliving herself. I do not know what can be done here. Need some serious advice! Thanks!
