First time glasses

Hello there, I'm gonna buy a pair of glasses soon for the 1st time and I'm confused whether to buy from lenskart or just random shops .and also guys can you brief me abt what kind of lenses to take? Because i visited a few shops yesterday and everyone of em had different features in their lenses
