CredR Scam

I bought a vehicle from CredR (2nd Hand vehicle dealer) in Bangalore in June, 2024. It's been more than 6 months now they have not tranferred the vehicle in my name. I don't what's going on. Anyone know? God knows if they have having this funding issue or what. Considering the worst case that now this dealer is not there (also original RC is with them). What to do in this situation? They have transferred the vehicle insurance in my name. Can the owner apply for duplicate RC even if they have transferred the insurance in my name?
