Are Restaurants preferring more on Online sales rather than the ones who are visiting there ?
This is my first post here Me and My frnd went yesterday to Dindigul Thalapakatti restaurant to have Biriyani there was crowd since it was New Year eve, one aged couple who were sitting in opposite of us nearly waited for 45 mins for their order to be served and when we asked the Waiter Biriyani they told us that there’s no Biriyani either chicken or Mutton, the elderly couple who were waiting for 45 mins informed me that Parcels for Either Swiggy / ZOMATO are going in full swing but the ppl like us were made to wait for 45 mins got nothing to eat as our wish, and at the last we didn’t got any Biriyani to eat, are restauranters prioritising Online orders more than the ppl who visit their to eat the food hot and fresh in an peaceful manner to reduce over head cost like employees and other things in an restaurant. Has any one have gone through the same experience if yes please let me know.3
