Appreciation post: Got a new gas connection from official agency in <24 hours

I used to buy LPG and it's equipment a local shop vendor. After the vendor refused to replace a leaking regulator which was in warranty, I decided to switch to an agency. I looked for agencies which have good reviews on google maps. Found that LVN Bharatgas(HSR layout, 4.7\*) and SS Bharatgas(Bellandur, 4.4\*) have very good reviews and are near my location. I checked with LVN on call but unfortunately they were not serving in my locality. Next, I checked with SS Bharatgas on call and they serve at my locality. They asked for rent agreement and aadhar on their official WhatsApp number. I sent the the documents and KYC got completed in \~10 mins. I opted for single cylinder and they said the deposits will be Rs. 3171 + Rs 806 refill charges to be paid to the delivery guy. The amount seemed a bit more to me. I tried cross checking on the internet but couldn't find exact details. So, I decided to pay the amount for now and decided to register a grievance if I find it incorrect later. After the payment, the guy informed that the cylinder + hose + regulator will be delivered the next day and also shared the details of delivery guy with me. The delivery guy came next morning. He handed me the bill for Rs 3171 I had paid online, the gas customer card, the 806 refill charges that I need to pay. He set up the regulator and hose pipe perfectly and checked for any inconsistencies. Had never even imagined that I can get LPG connection this conveniently without even visiting the agency. Both the delivery guy and the guy who communicated on WhatsApp had a professional approach towards customer. I am grateful to all the people who are involved in making such services this convenient.
