An honest food Darzee review

I used food darzwe in Delhi and uncovered some frankly shady practices. I had looked for Reddit reviews prior to subscribing and hadn’t found much so wanted to post this to prevent others from being scammed One month into my subscription all the promises made were forgotten by the team and the food quality suffered drastically so I tried to cancel it. ( the point about food quality suffering has been echoed by multiple other Reddit posts so I’ll not delve into it) However what’s truly appalling is how they tried to deal with the refund. I was assured I’d receive my prorated refund but since then the team has completely ghosted me and does not pick up my calls. Some of them have even blocked me!!! Their customer service phone number listed on the app is also always out of service which further takes away from their credibility. I’ve been repeatedly asking them to explain why the refund I received is short by Rs10k and the team has been ghosting me and dodging my phone calls! This sub doesn’t allow pictures so I’d suggest going through my post history to see how absolutely shite their behaviour is
