Advice needed for Nikoo 5

Guys I'm nearly closing in to book a flat in Nikoo 5 in Bhartiya City and wanted to get some first hand genuine reviews/impressions of people/friends living there currently.Been hearing a lot of mixed reviews about this place. Flat price quoted is approx 2.3cr for 3.5bhk 1872sqft.
