My uncle had a stroke tonight. Need advice?

It's an internal bleeding in brain,he is admitted to GMCH ,no treatment till now , don't think we going to get a ICU soon , should we transfer him to a GNRC or other else hospital , ( Didn't go to a private hospital in first place because of money issue now the family cannot see him like that no more, so deciding to transfer him) what about AIIMS ? Is it a good to go there or we'll face same situation like GMCH ? Need advice asap please
