Hello everyone, I've been struggling with Symptoms of severe ADHD for years but lately it's been getting too disruptive in my everyday life. I find it incredibly hard to focus on tasks, remember small things, my brain is always foggy, it's gotten so bad that I can watch an entire movie and even forget about the full name of the main character by the time the movie ends because of lack of focus. I'm thinking I should consult a psychiatrist to get an official diagnosis or some medication but I'm wondering about the consultation fees before I actually commit to it.
