Can you Help me (food related)?

Not from Assam but would love to cook this specific dish i saw on a reel, unfortunately i did not save the reel. They showed multiple sabzi like chutneys made from mashing garlic, red chilies and onion in a semi dry consistency, eaten with rice. Another one i remember was called aloo pitika. The concept was very similar. A semi dry freshly made condiment almost like a tadka, eaten with rice. What is it called? I really wanna make it, but dont remember the name so i can look it up.
