Indian kids don’t have any civic sense because of their Parents

Indian kids don’t have any civic sense because of their Parents. I just had the most annoying dinner experience of my life. I went to a Chinese restaurant this night with my family. It is a very decent restaurant in a good locality, it is small but it is a fine dining restaurant (not 5 star hotel expensive but still a very decent restaurant). I'm just mentioning that it is fine dining so you guys understand it is not a local Chinese street food place which can attract all sorts of customers and people. Anyways there were two tables where four middle aged ladies were sitting and another table behind them where their kids were sitting. They have to be the most annoying kids I've ever seen. They had no manners. No civic sense. No understanding of where they are or how they should act. They seemed around 8 to 10 years old. Three boys and One girl. All of them were shouting all the time. Moving around the entire restaurant. All of them shouting and playing games with each other as if it's their home. And thought the four ladies, their mothers, did not utter a single word to them like telling them to lower their voice or don't make noise. I was pretty mad at those kids for some time. But then I realised it's not the kids fault. It's the fault of parents for not teaching their kids any manners. All of my family members were annoyed by this, however I was the only one actually thinking about this. And to be honest, this isn't the first time it has happened. Yeah, kids make noise, yeah if they're like 2 to 3 years old, teach them some manners before taking them to a fine dining restaurant. Or if they can't keep it down just don't take them out to a fine dining restaurant. Take them to McDonald's or Burger King instead. But obviously to think like that you need to have some civic sense yourself first. Which those parents obviously did not have. And then these kids become adults as they grow up and have the same habits. And then everyone else wonders why Indians don't have any civic sense.
