Why indians are so annoying?

Israeli here - Seriously, what is wrong with indian men? Just back from a trip to India and everybody was staring at my wife, catcalling her, everything is ULTRA dirty (Israel is not very clean TBH but you guys are on another level). Seriously, why not take some responsibility?
