When do you think India will get over casteism?

I know it is hard to define a point when you can say that the country has got over casteism, but for this post I will define it to be time when around 90% of the people just stop caring about caste in every sphere of life. Can you imagine a time duration enough to change the society's mindset? Personally, I used to think that it would probably end when the today's children grow up and they would not indulge in this kind of discrimination, but later had personal experiences showing that children are also being brainwashed by the society. So I personally have no idea when we will leave this shitty system behind.
